Leah Farrell is the owner of b.minton, curating unique employee gifts and self-care gift boxes. Prior to founding b.minton, Leah held multiple leadership roles in government and nonprofit, focused on advocacy and public policy. She loved the work, but after nearly twenty years of late-night meetings and a nonexistent work/life balance, she burned out.
