According to the SurePayroll Small Business Scorecard, it’s having to handle too many responsibilities says 42%. The most challenging aspects: 20% said navigating tax and employment laws, 18% said swings in income, and 14% said managing employees. However, 44% said being their own boss was the best thing about owning a business.
