According to a report by the Society for Human Resource Management (based on BLS findings), 38% of those in management, business, and financial operations, and 35% of those in professional and related occupations worked at least some of the time from home. This compares to just 19% of all who worked from home in 2003. What’s more the amount of time spent working from home (e.g., answering email, preparing presentations) increased by 40 minutes.
