Where does remote work stand today?

According to a survey by Howdy.com, not all managers are happy with remote workers: 35% say remote workers in the U.S. want too much flexibility and 1 in 4 managers see a higher turnover rate among remote employees. Still, 68% of employees would prefer fully remote work arrangements and only 1% for fully in the office. Hiring now?
