According to a recent Manta survey taken May 11-15, 2017, “many small business owners are struggling to keep up with the bevy of benefits provided by the Facebooks of the world.” More than a third (35%) feels pressured to enhance their employee benefits packages. Currently the most popular benefit is employee discounts, and 40% of small businesses offer some paid parental leave.
