What would a recession do to your staffing?

A poll by Yoh, an international talent and outsourcing company, found that employees are willing to go the extra mile with concerns about a recession…working longer hours and going above and beyond to showcase their talents. Nearly one in three employees said they would consider a side job or hustle to supplement their income. What does this mean for you? Less need to offer ever-increasing perks…perhaps a pool of people who can work part time or on a contract basis to help you complete projects or address special issues. #IdeaoftheDay
