Kellogg Company, famous for Rice Krispies, JIF, and Pop-Tarts, has launched a venture capital fund called “eighteen94 capital.” It will invest in start-up businesses pioneering new ingredients, foods, packaging, and enabling technology. It plans to invest $100 million.
