According to The Conference Board, total salary budgets are much higher than pre-pandemic levels. In 2023, U.S. employers raised salary budgets by 4.4%, the highest increase since 2021. Budgets in 2024 may not increase by a great a percentage, but will still remain at pre-pandemic levels. #IdeaoftheDay
