According to a study by UHY International, entrepreneurship was up globally by 26% between 2010 and 2014. In contrast, the rate in the U.S. was only 11%. BRIC economies (Brazil, Russia, India, and China) averaged 42%. China led the world at 98%, nearly doubling the number of startups in this period.
