Starting in 2024, if you have a 401(k) plan, you’ll have to include “long-term part-timers,” who are those with at least 500 hours in the 3 prior years (2021, 2022, and 2023). In order to make this determination, be sure to keep records of hours worked this year and follow other IRS guidance. #IdeaoftheDay
