Toxic Company Culture Fueling the Great Resignation

According to 2022 data from Real Estate Witch, the most common reason cited by workers quitting their jobs was a toxic company culture. Almost half (49%) only gave one-week notice or less; 1 in 4 gave no notice and 1 in 8 ghosted their company. Even providing a counteroffer didn’t keep everyone (80% who got a counteroffer left anyway).
