Today Is the Extended Due Date for ACA Information Returns

If you’re subject to the employer mandate and must issue Form 1095-C to full-time employees or you have a self-insured plan requiring the issuance of Form 1095-B, today’s the deadline for furnishing copies to employees. No extensions can be obtained. Transmit copies with Form 1094-C or 1094-B to the IRS (the deadline was February 28, 2023, for paper forms; March 31, 2023, for e-filed forms). #IdeaoftheDay
