Employers with 100 or more employees and certain federal contractors with 50 or more employees must file an EEO-1 report each year with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). The report includes information about employees’ sex, race/ethnicity, and job category. The EEOC’s online portal opened October 31, 2023; the deadline for submission of the 2022 EEO-1 Component 1 report is today. #IdeaoftheDay
