According to a National Bureau of Economic Research study, the average time savings from working at home in the U.S. is about an hour a day (55 minutes). The study also found that “workers allocate 40% of their time savings to their jobs and about 11% to caregiving activities. People living with children allocate more of their time savings to caregiving.” This time savings really adds up—5 hours a week, more than 20 hours a month, about 250 hours a year. #IdeaoftheDay
