OSHA found that 41% of women reported their personal protective equipment (PPE) did not fit them. OSHA issued a final rule on the property fit requirements for PPE in construction. This applies to hard hats, gloves, goggles, safety shoes, safety glasses, welding helmets and goggles, hearing protection devices, respirators, coveralls, vests, harnesses, and full body suits. #IdeaoftheDay
