The Tax Foundation has a report showing record high taxes and fees on wireless devices in 2015. On average, taxes and fees represent 18% of the average monthly bill. Those in Washington state pay the highest percentage at over 25% of their bill. Those in Oregon and Nevada pay the lowest percentage.
