The Family-Friendly Facilities Tax Credit Act would create a new federal tax credit for small businesses to set up a diaper changing station in family restrooms. The credit would be 70% of expenses up to $10,000 per location. It would apply to businesses with annual revenue under $5 million or less than 100 full-time equivalent employees for the year.
