A bill called Supporting America’s Young Entrepreneurs Act of 2017 (H.R. 201) would help graduates start businesses by alleviating their student debt. No repayment would be required for the first three years of starting a business. Those who start businesses in economically distressed areas would receive $20,000 in loan forgiveness.
