Pennsylvania’s program starts today and ends June 19. It will waive all penalties and half the interest for those who pay tax delinquencies as of December 31, 2015. Virginia will begin an amnesty program sometime between July 1, 2017, and June 30, 2018, so residents with outstanding tax bills should watch for it. Watch for amnesty programs in other states at the Federation of Tax Administrators.
