Small Businesses Want to Streamline Cash Flow Management

It’s no secret that small business owners are time-starved. An American Express Business Blueprint survey of small businesses found that 60% of small businesses use between 2 to 3 cash flow management products to run their business, with 62% spending at least 5 hours a week on various platforms and 18% spending 10-20 hours a week. Half of survey respondents said new or improved cash flow management tools will favorably impact productivity, and nearly three quarters (71%) said it would improve efficiency.
