According to Kabbage’s Small Business Recovery Report, 57% of U.S. small businesses are fully open. One third now exclusively sell online or expanded to hybrid operations (online and in-person). But recovery has been more challenging for the very smallest businesses (those with fewer than 20 employees) versus larger small businesses (those with 21 to 100 and those with 101 to 500 employees).
