Small Businesses Expect to Try AI

A FreshBooks AI survey found that 44% of businesses will try generative AI in the next 12 months—primarily in analytics, sales & marketing, and customer communications. But small business owners are less certain AI will eliminate jobs, with only 44% expecting to hire fewer employees as a result of AI.
