SCORE released the Fall 2021 Small Business Jobs Report. Some important takeaways: hiring the right talent is the number one challenge to small businesses now, who need employees to help them recover from the pandemic and grow (a few years ago the number one challenge was financing). Also, 61.2% had unfilled job openings and 70.3% cite lack of health care as a barrier to hiring. #IdeaoftheDay
