J.D. Power’s 2017 Small Business Banking Satisfaction Survey showed a decline in customer satisfaction; small businesses feel neglected. But small business customers who have borrowed money from their banking institution are significantly more satisfied than non-borrowers. Chase ranked highest in the West, M&T in the Northeast, Citibank in the Midwest, and TD Bank in the South.
