Small Biz Jobs Growth Continues, but Slower

That’s the finding of the most recent Paychex/IHS Market National Small Business Jobs Index, which measures the rate of small business jobs growth in the U.S., was 99.45 in May, a decrease of 0.04% from April and lower than 100.87 a year ago. Hourly earnings slowed to 4.33%. The South leads small business employment growth in the country, with Texas ranking first for both hourly and weekly job growth. #IdeaoftheDay
