According to a recent poll by Insureon, 75% of small businesses don’t have sexual harassment policies in place; 47% don’t provide sexual harassment training. Maybe there’s a reason for this: 95% said they did not receive any complaints about sexual harassment. But those who did have seen an increase in complaints over the past 12 months.
