The SBA posted Q&As on Shuttered Venue Operators Grants (SVOGs). They cover eligibility, use of funds, and other rules. For example, an entity that applied for a first draw or second draw PPP loan is ineligible for an SVOG, even if that loan application was declined. #IdeaoftheDay
