As yet, there’s no right to disconnect law in the U.S. Such a law gives workers the right to ignore after-hour communications. There’s a proposal in California (AB 2751) to create such a law in that state. And there are many locations around the world that already have a right to disconnect law in effect. In Columbia, for example, a court declared this to be a fundamental human right. If you deal with businesses abroad, be aware of whether your communications will be answered if it’s after business hours. #IdeaoftheDay
