Revised Form I-9

Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, is used by employers to be sure employees are eligible to work in the U.S. A revised form is simplified and designed to be a fillable form on tablets and mobile devices. It now contains a checkbox for employers enrolled in E-Verify to indicate they remotely examined identity and employment authorization documents under an alternative procedure set by USCIS.  #IdeaoftheDay
