OSHA’s final rule, which is effective on January 1, 2024, requires certain employers with 100 or more employees in certain designated industries to submit reports once a year on workplace injury and illness information electronically on Forms 300 and 301. Employers with 20 to 249 employees in certain industries will continue to submit their data once a year on Form 300A. Other rules apply to employers with 250 or more employees.
