COVID-19 has certainly increased the number of those who work remotely. This work arrangement has some benefits. According to MyErgonomicChair, 30% of remote workers save as much as $5,240 per year on the arrangement and 91% report better work-life balance as the main reason for the arrangement. These statistics should give companies something to think about when government restrictions are lifted and employees are permitted to return to company premises.
