Remote Work Arrangements Continue

During COVID-19, a survey by 3 universities found the number of remote workers peaked at 62% in mid-2020. As of April 2022, it declined to 39%. The percentages vary according to location (e.g., more remote workers in large cities). Employers are adopting various work-from-home arrangements (e.g., full time, several days per week, etc.). The survey also found a majority of employees prefer to come into work when co-workers aren’t there rather than coming in when all co-workers are present. #IdeaoftheDay
