The Retirement Enhancement and Savings Act (H.R. 5282) is bipartisan legislation to increase retirement savings. It is similar to a similar Senate bill (S. 2526) introduced last month. Among other things, it would eliminate the maximum age for contributing to an IRA and increase the credit for small employers adopting a new qualified retirement plan.
