Proposal to Expand Health FSAs

The Responsible Additions and Increases to Sustain Employee Health Benefits Act (S. 2802) would greatly increase the annual contribution limit ($2,650 in 2018). It would also end the use-it-or-lose it rule and allow full carryforwards.
