Starting in 2018, private companies with 100 or more employees must send pay data to the EEOC. Federal contractors and subcontractors with 50-99 employees do not report pay data but continue to report demographic data (sex, race, ethnicity). The data is based on 2017 pay, and the report (revised EEO-1 report) is due March 31, 2018. Find more information from the EEOC.
