PayPal Fees Up for Overseas Sales

If you are a U.S. merchant using PayPal for sales to buyers overseas, you’ll be paying more starting today.  The fees for payments on nondomestic sales rise from the current 3.9% to 4.4% Also, the currency conversion fee increases from 2.5% to 3.0%.
