If you want to help financially-struggling employees with pay advances so they’re not forced to use usurious payday loans, consider suggesting Even’s Instapay. (Walmart has done it for its employees and is a location for anyone using the app to pick up cash.) Employees can get an advance of some of their paycheck up to 13 days early, with no interest. The app that employees use can also help them with budgeting, spending, and saving.
