March 2, 2022, is the deadline for submitting Form 300A to report 2021 injury and illness data. This filing applies to employers with 250 or more employees subject to OSHA recordkeeping as well as those with 20-249 employees classified in specific industries with historically high rates of occupational injuries and illnesses.
