For those buying individual coverage through the federal Marketplace for 2018, open enrollment begins today. Enrollment runs through December 15, 2017. Individuals can enroll, re-enroll, or change plans for coverage beginning January 1, 2018. Check for deadlines in state-run marketplaces.
