NLRB General Counsel Memoranda Rescinded

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is an independent federal agency that protects employees from unfair labor practices. Last month, the NLRB Acting General Counsel issued a memo rescinding more than 2 dozen memoranda issued by the former General Counsel.
