The Reserve Component Employer Incentive, Compensation, and Relief Act of 2019 (H.R. 801) would create a tax credit for an employer who employs a reservist during the year (the amount of the credit would vary with the days of uniformed services). If enacted, the credit would apply to wages paid after 2020.
