American Express launched its Blue Business Plus card, a no-annual fee credit card for freelancers and growing small businesses. The card features 2x membership rewards points on the first $50,000 spent each year (no category restrictions), a 0% introductory APR on purchases and balance transfers for up to 15 months, and the ability to spend above the credit limit.
