The third week in October is traditionally National Business Women’s week. Today is an annual event that began officially on this day in the U.S. in 1983 to honor the contributions and accomplishments of U.S. women in business. According to Fundera, there are 12.3 million women-owned businesses (40% of all U.S. businesses). Use #BusinessWomensDay to post on social media. There are 114% more women entrepreneurs now than there were 20 years ago. #IdeaoftheDay
