Most Employees Feel Valued at Work

According to a survey by Quality Logo, more than half of employees said they felt extremely valued at their workplace, and 83% reported feeling recognized for their efforts. The most popular types of recognition for day-to-day accomplishments: verbal thanks (63%), handwritten thanks (37%) and gift or award (23%). Remote workers feel just as valued as in-office employees.  #IdeaoftheDay
