Medical marijuana for workers’ comp?

Whether workers’ compensation covers the cost of medical marijuana depends on where you’re located. Some states have allowed reimbursement for medical marijuana to treat work-related injuries in states with medical marijuana laws, while other states have not even though they also have medical marijuana laws. The U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear a case arising in Minnesota in which the state court said no reimbursement.
