The theme this year: Power in Unity: Strengthening Communities Together. The propensity for business ownership by U.S.-born Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders is high, at 30 per 1,000. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, business ownership in the U.S. is 11.5% Asian-owned, 0.9% American Indian or Alaska Native-owned, and 0.2% Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander-owned (about 10% of all businesses in United States, meaning more than 3 million businesses). #IdeaoftheDay
