The world is designed for right-handed people. But today is annual International Left Handers Day to recognize left-handed people who make up about 10% of the population. Some famous left-handers in business: Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Oprah Winfrey, Steve Forbes, Henry Ford, David Rockefeller, 8 U.S. Presidents, and me. Take the time to think about the tools (e.g., scissors, knives) and procedures used in your company and whether they impose difficulties on lefties.
