Today is annual International Left Handers Day to recognize left-handed people who make up about 10% of the population (including me). Some famous left-handers in business include Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Oprah Winfrey, Mark Cuban, Ratan Tata, Steve Forbes, Henry Ford, Gordon Ramsey, David Rockefeller, and Lou Gestner (former head of IBM). There are also 8 U.S. Presidents. Take the time to think about the tools (e.g., scissors, knives, a mouse) and procedures used in your company and whether they impose difficulties on lefties.
