Today is annual International Left Handers Day to recognize left-handed people who make up about 10% of the population (including me). Some famous left-handers in business include Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Oprah Winfrey, Steve Forbes, Henry Ford, Gordon Ramsey, David Rockefeller, and Lou Gestner (former head of IBM). There are also 8 U.S. Presidents. Take the time to think about the tools (e.g., scissors, knives, a mouse) and procedures used in your company and whether they impose difficulties on lefties.
