IRS Document Upload Tool

If you receive a notice from the IRS requesting more information about something on your return, you can use the secure Document Upload Tool to submit documents online. These can be scans, photos, or digital copies of documents as JPGs, PNG, or PDFs. The IRS said they’ve already received a million documents in this manner.
